Wall e

So the story takes place about 700 years from now on planet Earth which has been completely abandoned. Apparently large corporations have made it so we became a world of buying things without having anywhere to put it afterwards. The world basically became a trash dump. Wall e was created as basically a smart trash compactor. Hundreds of him were created at the beginning but only one remains. The Wall e.
People left earth on a gigantic spaceship to roam the universe until the Wall e’s got it all cleaned up. 700 years later the world is still a mess and the one Wall e has managed to create gigantic building size towers out of garbage. With a cockroach that follows him around all day and stealing spare parts from the other model Wall e’s, he survives and gets curious about little objects he finds.
Soon he gets a visit from Eve, a girl robot (I guess) who was sent to check for plant life on the planet. She finds Wall e and he falls in love. She finds plants and her prime directive takes over and she takes back off to the ship and Wall e follows.
I wont give away the rest of the story, but it is pretty cute and the little robot manages to entertain for the full movie, along with help from some of his friends he meets along the way. All in all it’s a cute movie that keeps your attention and makes you want a robot to find love. Some of the parts though tend to get into the “I’m trying to influence people’s opinions about the world and the way they should be living.
The short movie before the movie is pretty good too. I give the movie a 4 out of 5 on the awesomeness scale
